November 7: Todays Take (Title Correction)
VOTE tomorrow! If you already voted and don’t have to work tomorrow, go to a polling place or voting drop box if your state allows election-day voting and record unusual events. Bring some lawn chairs if you go to a polling site. Do older people and those with special needs have a place to sit for long lines? If not, give them a chair.
Note how long it takes to vote periodically. Record any unusual behavior and post it to social media. See if there are new laws restrictions providing food and water to voters. Link below to find your state. DO NOT BREAK THE LAW! If you are intimated or threatened call 911.
Suggest people look up their party’s platform on issues of concern, abortion, social security, Medicare, voting law protection, Affordable Care Act, gun control. See the links below. Democrat platform from 2020 and GOP still following 2016 platform.
State races and judges are more important than ever before. Find out judges’ party if the party affiliation is not on the ballot. Give referendum information so people know what understand what they mean. Find out the party for judges in your state on the ballot and find a link to share.
Everyone may not agree, but make sure you know how and understand the referendums in your state and the party of each judge on the ballot. We must be informed voters.
See if your state allows mail-drop box voting on election day. See the link below. Be careful and call 911 if you are threatened. Walk away if you expect violence and record what you can.
Do not rely on the media to report things in a timely matter and accurately.
Post your videos on whatever social media will let you. Don’t be surprised if social media platforms go down. Use whatever means possible to send out your videos. As a last resort send out the video using an email blast. Both Republicans and Democrats should do this.
Get Off Social Media & Go Where You are Needed!!!!!
Today’s Take will resume it’s normal format on November 9, after the election.
